Dr. Tengiz Chkhubianishvili (3642-3730) is a Hobrazian politician who served as Vice State Minister of Hobrazia (3712-190 He previously served as Chairman of the Sons of the Land (3704-3712) and as Education Minister (3704-12). He was a trained theologian and taught T’et’ri Theological Seminary between 3670 and 3702.
