Siret was a city in the Tapos nation on Holt, which hosted all international meetings on the planet. With a population of about 90,000, it was the third-biggest city in Tapos, and the eighth-biggest city on the planet. It had a small spaceport and made some money off of tourism, but most of the city's inhabitants were employed by the planet's biggest businesses, which, like the nations, managed all international affairs out of the city. It had a crime rate above average, mostly on the city's seedier outskirts.
