The Ghost Ship is part of the final boss battle of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. After the battle with Bellum on the bottom level of the Temple of the Ocean King, Bellum rises out of the Temple and kidnaps Tetra. He then takes possession of the Ghost Ship, covering it with Bellum Blobs. In order to defeat the Bellum-possessed Ghost Ship, Link must destroy the Bellum Blobs protruding from the Ghost Ship. The Ghost Ship will respond by shooting purple balls of slime at the S.S. Linebeck.
