House Perigal was a habitat in the Glitter Band. In 2427, the habitat -- then under the control of Matriarch Caitlin Perigal -- was locked down by Panoply under suspicion of vote tampering. This entire episode was later determined to have been caused by Aurora, as a means of causing Panoply to introduce a corrupted software patch into the voting cores of the Glitter Band.
