Nuva Hotari is the capital of the Metari Theocracy. It was first established in 1750p by Queen Iria Wetal Ashar to ease crowding in Peshalim. Nuva Hotari is the largest city in the Iria region with 15,960 residents as of 1700p, but is not the region's primary city, with that role falling to Palamiria.
