Sakari Momoi (5 February 1903 – 5 July 2015) was a verified Japanese supercentenarian, who was at the time of death, the oldest living male in the world from the death of Alexander Imich on 8 June 2014 (who was only 1 day older than him) and also the oldest man in Japan since the death of Jokichi Ikarashi on 23 July 2013 until his own death on 5 July 2015 from kidney failure. He was the oldest living person in Saitama City, and the 30th oldest living person and is the 25th oldest verified man ever. After his death, Yasutaro Koide took over as the new validated oldest living man.
