Blood Release: Wisdom's Fever (血遁・知恵熱, Ketton: Chienetsu) is one of Muketsu's most unique techniques, as it doesn't require the dropping of blood in any way in order to activate. Manipulating his heart rate through dramatically increasing the flow of chakra all around his body, the Wisdom Fever technique provides the ability for the user to increase their heart rate to the point where the blood pressure in their body increases, allowing for increased physical attributes. This is similar to the Eight Gates in its workings, but is more fatal with less stages. While no actual names are classified for the stages, the more he causes his heart rate to increase, the closer he inches to death. A notable cost of this technique is immense exhaustion, as well as the cutting of his life force.
