From the Wikipedia page [1] The Archdeacon of Charing Cross is a senior ecclesiastical officer in charge of the Church of England in the City of Westminster. The archdeaconry was presumably created shortly before Klyberg's appointment in 1989. The archdeacon serves directly under the Bishop of London, who takes direct responsibility for the Two Cities area since there is no area bishop.
