The Roargan Alliance consists of most civilisations in The Roargana Cluster. All species in the Alliance, by conditions of the alliance, will aid other members of the Alliance in Ecological, Technological, Sociological and Political matters. It is not a condition to aid in matters involving war, therefore it is acceptable to not help in war situations. Species in the Roargan Alliance usually speak in the Roarganan Uni-Language when dealing with each other.
