The 1956-04 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Palm Beach Speedway on December 11, 1955. Despite the '55 date, it was the fourth race on the '56 schedule. Joe Weatherly was flagged the winnner of the event, but technical issues disqualified his car. The victory's inheritor, Jim Reed was then disqualified for violations as well.
