The Ruling Council of Kamino or Kaminoan High Council, or simply Ruling Council was the governing body of the planet Kamino, in Wild Space. The Council maintained administrative offices in the capital, Tipoca City which was governed by Prime Minister Lama Su was the head of the Kamino colony governors that comprised the Ruling Council. The council was also in charge of the Kamino Defense Fleet as well as its large army of Kaminoan Warriors who obeyed the council's orders and were at their command.
