Taken from the From the Pawn Myspace: From the Pawn was born on one rainy summer day of 2003 when members from several different Long Island bands wanted to create a specific sound from a mixture of their favorite musical influences. The original lineup was Dom D'Acunto (vocals), Keiji Shibata (guitar), Joseph Fusco (guitar), Anthony DiCocco (bass), Joey Cestone (drums). Early influences included Poison the Well, Pink Floyd, Comeback Kid, Shai Hulud, One 4 One, Strife, and H20. Almost instantly From The Pawn gained a die hard fan base and has been growing ever since.
