The SPARTAN Program was a series of smaller programs, all conceived to create physically, genetically, technologically and mentally superior supersoldiers for the UNSC Defense Force. There have so far been three programs in total, each different in a myriad of ways from the other and each with their own sub-projects and classified secrets.
