Tehrve was born on Mandalore, in the capital city of Sundari. As a youth, he dreamed of becoming a member of the Mandalorian police, so he spent his childhood and teenage years studying extensively and training for combat. When he became of age, he enrolled into the academy and was overjoyed when he became a member of the Mandalorian police, proudly displaying his gleaming armor and stun baton when on patrol duty. For his years of loyal service and competence, he was respected by his peers and admired by the public.
