Dark Wisping is a form of teleportation used exclusively by the Angel of Death, as well as those he empowered, such as Piper Halliwell. Similar to the wisping used by spirits, the user teleports in dark blue and white wisps. The Angel of Death disappears in wisps leaving the image of a skull.
