USDA agents are characters that randomly appear, usually when Brown is talking about internal temperatures of meat that disagree with the USDA, or the requirements for a food item to be labeled a certain way. Brown actually plays the one in the center, using camera tricks, and cast members play the other two agents that often accompany him. They are sometimes refered to as "feds".
