Beginning as Robison & Woods Tractor Co. (founded 1985 with Charles Wood), the company first began distributing IMT tractors from Yugoslavia. IMT was a licensed Massey Ferguson, and looked like Masseys as well. They imported the IMT 539, IMT 542 De luxe, IMT 560 De luxe, IMT 560 DV De luxe IMT 577 De luxe and IMT 577 DV De luxe, ranging from hp (kW) to hp (kW).
