Vadimus is the name of a wartorn cluster of distant systems, so-named by the highest echelons of the Empire because they were among the first conquered by the Emperor Aleister Vadim during his meteoric rise to power. The original name of the cluster has long since been lost to official records. It has been rumored that Vadimus has been rendered devoid of civilization after Vadim's conquests. The name Vadimus was also given to the principal planet of the cluster and the homeworld of Vadim.
