Spineripper is a unique Poignard from Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. One of several unique daggers geared towards Necromancer use, Spineripper is meant to be used in combination with the ability Poison Dagger. Although it has some useful properties such as preventing monster heal and ignoring a target's defense, Necromancers looking for more skill bonuses may find Blackbog's Sharp more useful.
