The Chick Seller is a street vendor who either is very wise or just very unlucky. Whenever a character is running away from trouble, the seller is almost always on his or her path. The salesman gives the character in question some words of advice, wich in truth is an attempt to sell his chicks. But mostly his potential customer sees that running away isnt an option, so returns to face their fear, leaving the seller without buying anything. Sometimes he doesnt even attempt to sell chicks and just wants to give someone advice. This is shown in episode 52 of the anime. He berated Mr. Referee for attempting to run away and rekindled his spirit so he could referee the biggest Robattle ever.
