Kitsu, are we allowed to remove users from the "Users Capable of Adopting" section if we feel they are not "Capable of Adopting"? I personally don't feel that User:Notxas is experienced enough.--Σulãlíã(T–C–G) 22:35, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
