Ultor Corporation (better known as Ultor Corp.) is a company belonging to the Ultor Dynasty. The Corp. is owned by billionaire Bruce Ultor and run by his business manager Lucius Fox. It was founded by a merchant and father of Bruce, Thomas Ultor. It changed and gradually grew when it was officially erected in the 19th century when Thomas founded Ultor Shipping and Ultor Chemical. Along with Ultor Manufacturing, which came later, the Ultor Corp. became a major powerhouse in the Gotham City. In addition to providing an income for Bruce Ultor, the various activities of the organisation help facilitate his Batman activities in Gotham.
