The Sewer Key is a key that can be found within Silent Hill. During Harry Mason's search he will eventually reach the sewers underneath Silent Hill. The first sewers he enters connects to the Resort Area and is broken into two sections. The first section entered is the lower sewers, and on the northeast side an office desk can be found. Next to the desk the sewer key can be found hanging in a box. The key opens the gate to the southern passageway, which will then lead to a ladder Harry can climb to reach the upper sewers.
