Fifteen years after Emergence Day, during the Siege of Jacinto, Jackson helped evacuate civilians onto Ravens. He heard rumors that the Locust were massing at a giant sinkhole in the center of the city, and would overrun the city once they had enough forces. Jackson hoped that some of the King Ravens were being held in reserve to evacuate the Gears as well. He then took part in the defense of the High Command building, but was killed during the fighting. Sgt. Marcus Fenix recovered his COG Tag near the end of the battle.
