an Entity in Data Space: 134.155.108.49:8890

In normal space, due to relativity, it is virtually impossible to travel faster than the speed of light (299,792,458 metres per second) In order to travel to other star systems within a persons lifetime, methods of faster than light travel or FTL must be used. There are three known types of faster than light travel in the Farscape universe: * Hetch drive: a form of FTL held by nearly all ships. * Starburst: a faster but unpredictable form only held by Leviathans. * Wormhole: holes in space which can be flown through by certain ships.
