The Foxglove Official is head of the All-Purpose Department. He is a tall, thin plant with several purple, bell-shaped flowers. Each one has a different personality, and they rotate speaking duties. Identifiable personalities observed so far (mostly by Agent Echo Kazul) include: * Alvin the Chipmunk * Don Vito Corleone * Arnold Schwarzenegger * Elvis Presley * A more conventional, impatient personality that doesn't seem to be impersonating anyone in particular. This might be his "normal" personality. Based on his name, he might be a Firstborn.
