Lord Norbert Vance is the ageing head of House Vance of Atranta and is the Lord of Atranta. He is an old man, having squired for a lord of House Darry in his youth, alongside Ser Brynden Tully. He has five sons, three of whom are knights. At some point he was either blinded or naturally lost his sight.
