David Achwaps or Aca for short is a world champion and Olympic gold medallist skier from Burry Port, Wales. Achwaps was born on the 21st of February 1984 and is the brother of baseball star Richard Achwaps. He is known for being the youngest ever-gold medallist at the Olympic games at just 18 years old. As well as being a Olympic gold medallist he is also a two time world champion in which he won on three consecutive years; 2002, 2003 and 2004. He is therefore the greatest winter athlete ever to emerge from Britain.
