Jarro Freen was a Human male who lived in Gadrin on Cularin during the time of the Clone Wars. He was a member of Borus's Boys, a street gang that liked to hang around near Gadrin Dump. However, he was kidnapped by Task Force Vermin, a unit from the Thaereian military, because his mother worked for the Office of Peace and Security and they wanted to blackmail her.
