Add mustard; Beat Until Bended. Set Aside. on a Sheet of Waxed Paper, Combine pecans, bread Crumbs And garlic; Set Mixture Aside. Place in Skillet. Cook Until Well Browned And of Desired Degree of Doneness, About 7 Minutes on Each Side.
