An association created to benefit miners in the traditional region of Tinto. In times past, the Miner's Guild, due to its importance, functioned as the administrative body for the City-State of Tinto, with the Guild Master holding both leadership of the Guild as well as the position of Mayor of Tinto City, the capital of the region, thus placing the Guild Master as head of the city state.
