The Battle of Eclipse was a conflict which occured over the planet Eclipse, in the core worlds. Supreme Admiral of the Imperial Fleet Natasi Daala led a campaign to drive Treuten Teradoc out of the Core Worlds. Daala's victory over Eclipse enhanced the process. Daala and Treuten would go on with a temporare alliance to drive off the New Republic, which had taken position on the planet Coruscant, renamed to New Republic City.
