Grew up in Chicago all his life. Father died in an "accident" when Kamal was young so he grew up without a strong male role model. During his teenage years he got involved in gangs and the like as a means of protection for he and his family until finally he decided it wasn't the life for him and got out. Before he got out however he managed to become addicted to heroine and it wasn't until just recently through the guidance of Allah that he was able to kick the habit. Did a many terrible things in the name of Allah as a member of the Black Pharaohs which haunt him and make him question most everything in his life.Recently Michael James joined the Silver Pistols and he and newcomer Robert Pearson captured the Television Tag Titles
