Rotor later used it to destroy some wall turrets that were aiming at Sally during an attack on Robotropolis. He was pleased with his work until Antoine told him to focus on the mission. (StH: #47) Its final use was when Robotnik invaded Knothole by orders of the fake King Max. Rotor fired the gun at him only for Robotnik to block it and fire his own bolt of energy at it saying that it was "quaint but ultimately inferior". (StH: #48)
