Where are you getting Orihime's powers are said to be hollow like? No one said anything like that. Orihime's powers were actually compared to those of a Shinigami with her hair pins being the physical manifestation of her powers much like a Shinigami's Zanpakuto. In addition, just like a Shinigami's Zanpakuto, Orihime's weapon has a conciousness independent of herself. There is nothing Hollow like about her power.
