Mark Weingarten is an American sound engineer. He has been nominated for two Academy Awards in the category Best Sound Mixing. He has worked on over 80 films since 1987. Notable films he has worked on include Bio-Dome, Cookie's Fortune, K-PAX, A Mighty Wind, Friday Night Lights, For Your Consideration, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Where the Wild Things Are, The Social Network, and Contagion.
