The Sylvania Census Center is an independently financed census taking committee, employed by the state government, for the state of Sylvania. The centre was founded in May 2012 by then Governor Marcus Villanova, which was to adress two issues in the state, Unemployment numbers and the need for a recent and accurate census for public works and such. The first ever census was taken in the same month it was founded and numbers released soon after. On April 19th 2013, the center ceased to be a publicly funded institution and instead was tasked with raising it's own finance via sponsors. __ToC__
