Birl Gully was a jolly, rotund otter of the outlaw otterclans on Green Isle. He was the head cook, and was recognized for his strong, home-brewed invention: Gullyplug Punch. This concoction was often used for celebratory occasions, such as the rescue of Whulky and Chab from beneath the pier and the establishment of the clans at Holt Summerdell.
