Legal Lee originally appeared in Saints Row, in the Vice Kings Insurance Fraud cutscene named "Can Legal Lee Help You?", which can be replayed at Theatres. In Saints Row 2, he appears in the mission Appointed Defender as Johnny Gat's lawyer. In single player, he just appears in the cutscene, but in co-op he appears in the mission itself. He's unlocked as a Homie after completing level 3 of the Fight Club activity in Stilwater Penitentiary.
