The Tower of Alteration is a shop where a powerful wizard can completely change your appearance but not gender or race. The shop is located on Deekin Street in Protector's Enclave near the Deekin Street Gate. The shop owner is known only as the Alteration Wizard and floats a few feet off the ground with glowing mystical runes encircling her and flowing over her robes. She only accepts special Coins of Appearance Alteration that can be bought with Zen.
