General Sandspine is an undead grenadier boss leading the skeleton hordes at Rat's Nest on Tortuga. He is one of four generals the pirate has to overcome to complete the Taboo Doll Upgrade Quest. He appears at level 18-25. He only uses grenades, which makes him the only enemy on Tortuga to use them. Out of all the Undead generals, he is the second-weakest although still a tough endeavour for those who are around notoriety 30 and below.
