Kazimierz Lukazewski is the "Perimeter One" security force pilot working for SEOM (Stowarzyszenie Eksporterow Owocow Morza) on Wloclawek. In an attempt to frighten off an airbus which had encroached into SEOM airspace, he fires off a 'warning burst' of pulser fire. In an attempt to avoid collision, the airbus swerved directly into the pulser fire and disintegrated, resulting in a tragic incident involving deaths and injury to a host of school children.
