Planar Studies and Notes Regarding the Afterlife is a book compiled by the Mad Clergies in the Third Age which details their findings on various realms and their inhabitants, including chapters on the known gods, their histories, recorded personalities, and for some, their parents. The title is scrawled in gold print on an old leather binding. The tome was found in the clergies' collapsed hideout below Trinity Gask by Osmond Cordae Locke after the Battle of Survivor's Woods. Osmond took the tome with him to Ridgefort where he began studying it in earnest and learned surprising, confusing and even horrifying things from its pages.
