The fire cape (e) is the enchanted version of the normal Fire cape. It is currently the strongest cape available, and best cape in all stats. The cape has also a passive effect called Power of the Elements, which causes you to cast the same Spell as Kuradal is casting (the four Surge spells at once), which can hit up to 7500 damage. This cape can also teleport you to Ancient Cavern near the entrance to Kuradal's Dungeon, TzHaar City, King Black Dragon's Lair and the Ancient Guthix Temple (if you have completed While Guthix Sleeps).
