Blackspike City is a city located in the Antarctic Peninsula, in an area close to the Trans-Antarctica border. Blackspike City has a PKMN-Jitsu gym, where Shogun Clare will happily challenge any trainer for the Rising Badge. It specialises in dragon-types. The city has also produced the Emperor of PKMN-Jitsu and former Seven Samarai, Longbow.
