Maybelline is an elderly, grotesque woman and Moe's old lover. She makes a one-time appearance in episode Wingmen. In his younger days, Robert asked once for her number and never called back. When he had decided to ask her out, he spotted Moe and Maybelline making out in an alley. Ultimately, this led to his resentment of Moe, which ended their friendship.
