This ability is used to turn things into two dimensional objects, and then trap them or store them in things like mirrors or photographs. If the object was a person, they would still be able to move, but would be unable to escape from their 2 dimensional form. They could be killed by shattering the glass or tearing or burning the paper. Additionally, only the same ability can remove the person or object and restore them to normality. Rory Francis is known to have used the ability to trap Lee Athens within a mirror. After she was restored, she described the experience as if the mirror had suddenly zoomed up and filled her world. She didn't remember anything of her time within the glass.
