Kevin Keene and Mega Man encountered three Robo-Turtles when they fell into a flooded room in Skull Castle. The water shorted out Kevin's Zapper, so Mega Man used his Shadow Blade to hit a button on the machine that produced the Robo-Turtles, causing it to suck both the Robo-Turtles and the water out of the room and bringing them one step closer to finding Duke and Rush.
