The Bristol Academy of Performing Arts (or BAPA) is a series of classes that are held for the the rehearsals that take place on the Saturdays of the five weekends before the Bristol Renaissance Faire opens. The earlier classes of the day are generally scheduled for the new performers that join the cast that season and the later classes of the day are open to everyone in the cast. At the end of the season, a ceremony is held for the new graduates of the Academy.
