Chelsea Halfpenny (born 26 September 1991) is an English actress. She currently portrays Alicia Munroe on Casualty. She initially took up the role for eight episodes at the start of series 30, but returned in the series finale permanently. She previously appeared for a guest appearance as a patient in the series 18 episode "What Parents Do".
